Refund Policy

1. Session Fees

At II अवलोकनम् II, session fees are ₹1000 (+ taxes) for a 60 minutes session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is collected after therapist approval and must be completed before the session is confirmed.

2. Cancellation by the Client

• 24 hours or more before the session: You may cancel or reschedule. A full refund or credit toward a future session may be offered for a paid session cancelled with timely notice.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice / no-show: The session fee may be charged in full and is generally non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by the Practice

If the therapist cancels a confirmed paid session (for illness, emergency, or technical issues), you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

4. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

Sessions are held online (through google meet). If a session cannot proceed due to a significant technical failure on the practice’s side, we will reschedule at no extra cost or refund the session fee. Connectivity issues on the client’s side that prevent attendance may be treated as a late cancellation / no-show unless otherwise agreed.

5. Partial Sessions

If a session starts but ends early for clinical or mutual reasons after meaningful engagement, fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at the therapist’s discretion.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible (UPI / cash / cheque, as recorded on your invoice). Please allow reasonable processing time. For refund requests, email yasashree@avlokanam.com with your name, session date, and payment/invoice reference.

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed sessions
• Late cancellations and no-shows (unless the practice agrees otherwise)
• Administrative or processing charges already incurred by payment providers, if applicable
